Foster Martin
Project Summary: Site Rescue & Leadership Turnaround
Foster Martin was a major high-rise residential project where our engagement rapidly escalated from a specialized framing role to a critical site rescue mission. After the removal of the original site supervisor due to failure to perform, I was specifically requested to step in and bring the project back on schedule and quality control standards. This dramatic shift required immediate action across technical execution and complex management.
Technical Leadership and Crisis Management
My personal dedication began with foundational technical work: I completed the entire project layout after hours and on weekends to guarantee zero-tolerance accuracy for the subsequent vertical build. Crucially, I then led a comprehensive quality audit and correction initiative, systematically rectifying all existing quality control issues across the lower 16 floors. With the technical foundation stabilized and quality standards re-established, we began to rebuild our relationships through trust and direct action from my team. This effort resulted in the successful delivery of the remainder of the tower, directly validating our ability to take over, stabilize, and successfully complete a distressed, large-scale construction project.
