This project involves the simultaneous development of twin high-rise residential towers in Burnaby, showcasing our ability to handle complex, large-scale concurrent scopes. Our current involvement is defined by technical precision and quality control oversight across multiple phases and structures.

Focus: Dual-Tower Technical Leadership

My role centers on guaranteeing the technical accuracy of both structures. I am personally responsible for executing the precise layout for both towers, which is the critical foundation that dictates the success of all subsequent trades. Furthermore, our expert crew is executing the structural steel stud framing on one tower. This scope includes dedicated in-process quality control management, where we uphold high-tolerance framing standards to ensure complete compliance with architectural plans and guarantee the seamless integration of all future finishes. This project is a live demonstration of our capacity for scaled technical leadership and unwavering commitment to quality assurance on high-value, concurrent developments.
