Soco 2

Project Summary: High-Initiative Layout & Precision Framing

Soco 2 was a demanding, 25-story residential tower with a $1.5 Million framing scope that required absolute dimensional accuracy, especially in high-visibility public spaces like the main lobby. Recognizing the pressure on the timeline, I demonstrated key technical leadership by personally executing and verifying the entire building layout after hours and on weekends. This crucial initiative guaranteed zero-error initialization for all core structures, allowing our dedicated steel stud framing team to proceed with maximum efficiency during standard operational hours. This strategic commitment was key to proactively preventing bottlenecks and de-risking the main project schedule.

Team Delivery and Quality Control

With the precision layout confirmed, our expert team proceeded with the installation of the structural steel stud framing across the 25 floors. Our focus was on meticulous quality control and high-tolerance execution in the demanding lobby and common areas, ensuring the work met the rigorous architectural standards required for high-end finish applications. Through effective team coordination and a commitment to technical excellence, we successfully delivered the entire $1.5 Million framing scope on budget and on schedule, clearly validating the value of strategic technical initiative and reliable team performance in large-scale high-rise construction
